Once a contractor has been selected from the short list of builders, we prepare a JCT standard form of building contract between you and the builder, which includes the agreed project value and the completion date. We then work with the builder to ensure that the quality of the construction meets the required design and specification. We will prepare valuations of work completed and progress payment certifying how much the builder should be paid in accordance with the building contract.
