We will advise you whether it is necessary to appoint other consultants at this stage such as Structural Engineers and Party Wall Surveyors. The project is developed in technical detail with an accompanying Schedule of Works describing in detail the specification for the proposed works.
The detail design including structural calculations, technical drawings and details is submitted for Building Regulation Approval.
