The project normally starts with an informal meeting with you at the location where the project is to be undertaken. This allows us to discuss your initial thoughts and requirements as well as suggesting some preliminary ideas for maximising the architectural potential of the site or building.
We will explain the feasibility of the project in relation to Planning Application and Building Regulation and other consents that may be required such as Listed Building Consents and Party Wall Act notices. We will provide you with a brief summary of the project process and the associated time scales. It may be possible during the meeting to provide you with an indicative budget cost for the proposed works.
The consultation meeting is without charge. Following the meeting, we will provide a detailed fee proposal that covers each stage of the project development.
